We have to address generational change “Family businesses are also suffering from a shortage of labour”, says László Bárány, president of Family Business Network Hungary (FBN-H). According to our estimates, Hungary has a shortage of tens of thousands of skilled workers with marketable skills”, stated dr. “We consider digitalization one of our top priorities; we operate multi-billion forint programmes in this field. It was our idea to put at least 60 percent of EU funding into the economy,” says Dr. László Parragh, president of the MKIK.
